1. User Age Requirements

• 1.1 Legal Age: To create an account and purchase services from gtz.com, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to form a binding contract.
• 1.2 Underage Users: If a user is found to be under 18 without permission, they must notify us immediately, and their access will be terminated. We prohibit underage individuals from independently using our platform.
• 1.3 Parental Consent: Individuals under the age of 18 may only use our services with the verified, explicit permission of a parent or legal guardian. The Company assumes no liability for legal complications arising from a user misrepresenting their age.

2. Service Access & Usage Limitations

• 2.1 Information Accuracy: To access the gtz.com control panels, you must submit accurate and comprehensive personal details, which we store securely. We maintain the right to deny service, suspend, or terminate accounts without a refund if we detect falsified, incomplete, or fraudulent information.
• 2.2 License of Use: We provide you with a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use our platform. Services are strictly for authorized commercial or private use; any illegal activity is forbidden. Users must secure their accounts against unauthorized access. We reserve the right to enforce security protocols and bandwidth limits. Misuse will lead to instant license revocation and potential legal action under applicable laws.

3. Identity Verification (KYC Policy)

To ensure a safe and compliant network, gtz.com requires mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

• 3.1 Mandatory Data: You must supply genuine information, including your Full Name, Address, Postal Code, Country, Email, and Phone Number.
• 3.2 Verification Rules: Orders originating from Tor networks, Proxies, or VPNs are automatically blocked. If inaccurate data is detected, you will receive exactly one chance to verify your identity via biometric checks and a valid government-issued ID.
• 3.3 KYC Failure & Refunds: Should you fail KYC verification, refunds are strictly limited to transactions made via Visa, Mastercard, and American Express (Amex). Payments processed through Cryptocurrency or any other non-reversible gateways are 100% non-refundable. Intentionally providing fake data or leaving fields blank will result in a permanent ban and the freezing of all associated funds, with zero chance of a refund.
• 3.4 Data Protection: gtz.com treats your privacy seriously. Your KYC data will remain strictly confidential and will never be sold or shared with unauthorized third parties.

4. Billing, Subscriptions, and Refund Policy

• 4.1 Invoicing & Setup: Service deployment begins only after total payment is cleared. Invoices are generated at least 14 days prior to your renewal date. Prompt payment is the user's responsibility.
• 4.2 Payment Methods & Late Fees: Unpaid balances exceeding 24 hours give gtz.com the right to suspend or terminate services until the balance is settled. Accepted payment methods include Wire Transfers, Credit Cards, and Cryptocurrency (USDT/Bitcoin).
• 4.3 Refunds: gtz.com operates on a strict NO REFUND policy. Exceptions are only made for confirmed billing errors or specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) breaches outlined in Section 11.
• 4.4 Auto-Renewal: Credit Card payments trigger an automated subscription. Renewal payments are deducted automatically on the due date and are non-refundable. To halt auto-renewals, you must cancel the service via a support ticket or the client portal before the billing date.
• 4.5 Setup Fees: Standard setup fees for dedicated servers are generally waived, excluding scenarios requiring specialized third-party configurations.

5. Provided Services

• 5.1 Bare Metal / Dedicated Servers: High-capability hardware with customizable RAM, storage, and CPU options.
• 5.2 Colocation: Full colocation solutions including IP allocation, uplink connectivity, cabinet space, and power.
• 5.3 DDoS Protection: Advanced ingress filtering (Level 3) safeguarding against Layer 1 through Layer 6 DDoS attacks.
• 5.4 IP Transit: Broad global connectivity solutions tailored for colocation clients.

6. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content and infrastructure on the gtz.com network are our exclusive property. Copyright infringement is strictly forbidden. You may not distribute, duplicate, or alter any of our proprietary material without written permission. Using our services does not grant you ownership of our intellectual property.

7. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) & Prohibited Content

To protect our infrastructure, gtz.com enforces a strict AUP. Using our platform to promote, store, or transmit the following is explicitly banned:

• Network Abuse: Participating in DoS/DDoS attacks, network flooding, unauthorized vulnerability scanning, port probing, brute-force attacks, or IP/header spoofing.
• Malware & Phishing: Hosting or distributing C2 (Command and Control) servers, ransomware, trojans, viruses, identity theft tools, or deceptive login pages (e.g., fake banking or cPanel sites).
• Illegal Content: Zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Any CSAM will result in immediate reporting to law enforcement. Extremism, terrorism promotion, human trafficking, and the sale of illegal substances or unlicensed pharmaceuticals are also banned.
• Financial Fraud: Operating Ponzi schemes, HYIPs (High-Yield Investment Programs), fake e-commerce stores, or the sale/storage of stolen databases and carding details.
• Spam & Email Abuse: Sending Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE/Spam), operating unverified mailing lists, hosting SMS/Mail bombers, or causing our IPs to land on blacklists (e.g., SORBS, Spamhaus).
• Piracy (Warez): Distributing pirated software, cracks, keygens, or nulled scripts (such as nulled WHMCS/Windows).
• Resource Abuse: Running Open Proxies, unsecured Open DNS resolvers, or Tor Exit Nodes, as they attract massive network abuse.

ZERO-TOLERANCE PROTOCOL & ENFORCEMENT: We actively monitor for network abuse. Any violation of the AUP will result in the immediate suspension, data wipe, or permanent termination of your server without prior notice. No refunds will be issued for TOS violations.

SEVERE COMPLIANCE WARNING: If your server facilitates Ransomware, Dark Web marketplaces, or malicious Tor operations, it will be seized instantly. Your complete connection history, IP logs, and KYC data will be unconditionally surrendered to local and international law enforcement for prosecution.

8. Suspensions & Overdue Accounts

• 8.1 Colocation Equipment: If a colocation account is overdue by more than 30 days, gtz.com assumes legal ownership of the housed equipment as collateral.
• 8.2 Breach of Terms: Failure to pay or violating these terms allows us to terminate services instantly. We reserve the right to permanently wipe all server data upon termination.

9. Provisioning & Upgrades

• 9.1 Hardware Upgrades: Unless paid for immediate execution, service upgrades take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle.
• 9.2 Deployment Timeframes: Standard service setups are finalized within 24 hours. Dedicated server deployment may vary depending on current hardware stock.

10. Cancellation Policy

To cancel a service, you must submit a verified support ticket no later than 24 hours prior to your next billing date. You remain responsible for all charges up to the point of cancellation. gtz.com does not issue pro-rated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

11. Satisfaction Guarantee & SLA

We proudly offer a 99.99% network uptime guarantee. Should downtime occur due to internal network failures on our end, you may qualify for service credits. Setup fees remain non-refundable. You must open a support ticket to report technical issues and claim SLA credits.

12. Limitation of Liability & Data Responsibility (IMPORTANT)

• 12.1 Backups: Unless you have explicitly purchased a managed backup service, gtz.com does not automatically back up your data. The User is 100% responsible for maintaining independent, remote backups.
• 12.2 Liability: gtz.com, alongside its employees and directors, holds absolutely no liability for indirect business damages, profit loss, security breaches, hardware degradation/failure, or data loss stemming from the use or inability to use our platform.

13. Force Majeure

gtz.com is exempt from liability for service failures or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, government restrictions, acts of terrorism, war, natural disasters, global internet grid failures, or power outages.

14. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or alter these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon being published on gtz.com. Continuing to use our services implies your total acceptance of the new terms. If you reject the updated terms, you must cancel your services immediately.

15. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

This agreement and all services provided by gtz.com are governed by the laws of the United States. Any legal disputes related to these Terms will be handled exclusively within the jurisdiction of United States courts.

GTZHost Cryptocurrency Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Strict Compliance Policy

By choosing to utilize cryptocurrency (including, but not limited to, BTC and USDT) as a payment method for GTZHost services, you expressly agree to abide by the following Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and compliance regulations. This policy is unconditionally applicable to all new and existing GTZHost customers.

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy for High-Risk and Blacklisted Funds

At GTZHost, we utilize sophisticated, real-time AML blockchain monitoring technology. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy and will absolutely not accept payments that originate from, or have any association with, the following high-risk categories:

• Child Exploitation & Dark Services: Any entities linked to child exploitation or abuse, drug trafficking, or the financing of illegal acts.
• Dark Markets & Illegal Services: Cryptocurrency connected to any illegal activities or transactions within darknet marketplaces.
• Mixers (Tumblers): Funds that have been routed through cryptocurrency mixers or tumblers intended to obscure the transaction trail, as these are heavily associated with money laundering.
• Stolen Coins, Scams, & Ransom: Cryptocurrency acquired through theft, deceptive practices (scams), or extortion/blackmail (ransom).
• Sanctions & Enforcement Actions: Entities that are currently under international sanctions or involved in active judicial or legal proceedings.
• Fraudulent Exchanges: Exchanges implicated in exit scams, illicit behavior, or those that have had funds seized by government authorities.
• Gambling: Funds tied to unlicensed or illicit online gambling operations.
• Danger & Terrorism Financing: Any individuals or organizations connected to terrorism financing or identified as critical security threats.
• Cryptocurrency ATMs: Funds originating directly from loosely regulated or unregulated Crypto ATM operators, due to the high risks associated with cash-based money laundering and insufficient Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols.

2. Immediate Enforcement Actions and Penalties

If GTZHost’s AML monitoring systems detect that your incoming transaction is linked to any of the aforementioned prohibited categories, we will automatically enforce the following measures without exception:

• Permanent Freezing of Funds: The flagged cryptocurrency will be instantly isolated and permanently frozen to safeguard our financial network.
• Strict NO-REFUND Policy: Blacklisted or high-risk funds will never be refunded, credited, or returned to the sender under any circumstances.
• Immediate Service Termination: All of your active servers, hosting plans, and associated GTZHost accounts will be terminated immediately, without any prior warning.
• Order Cancellation: Any pending or newly placed orders tied to the flagged transaction will be instantly canceled.

This policy is non-negotiable. By transferring cryptocurrency to GTZHost wallets, you acknowledge and assume full and absolute responsibility for the source and origin of your funds.
